I’m going to do a full review when I’m done but the thing that immediately bugged me was the formatting of the book. This may sound weird but it is a loud book! There are lots of changes in font size and there are text inserts and it really breaks up the flow of the “theory” (intentionally in quotes) section. Anything that quotes Buddhist philosophy probably shouldn’t be in a format that promotes monkey-mind.
